Who doesn’t love a good deal!? Certainly not anyone that I know of!!!!
Sure, Coronado is among the pricier areas in San Diego County, but that doesn’t mean you have to knock it off your “places to visit” list. If you’re looking to save some of that hard earned cash flow during your visit to Nado’, you should definitely read onto get the scoop on some fantastically frugal deals!
While there are many options for curating the perfect happy hour experience, I’ve decided to create a custom “Happy Hour on the Island” itinerary! So leave the details to me; rest easy, and get ready for some really ,really gooooood libations!
Monday– Beat the monotony of Mondays with a trip to Village Pizzeria!
With it’s central location, Village Pizzeria is just a block away from the Ocean and the famous Hotel Del Coronado! It’s the island go-to for East Coasters with exquisite taste! Head over there for a little slice of happiness paired with one of their select wines or craft beers. Better yet, if you’re a service member, cash in on Military Monday, and get 50% off a large pizza to bring home! While you’re waiting, get your sip on. Tuesday– It’s Tuesday, and we’re one day closer to the weekend! Turn your Tuesday up a notch & get happy at the Bluewater Boathouse from 2-6! This spot, with its views & nautical vibe, is one of my personal favorites.Fun fact; the building was converted into the restaurant, once served as the boathouse for the world renown Hotel Del Coronado.
Wednesday- It’s wacky Wednesday, & we are midway through the week! Miguel’s Cocina is hosting a $6 happy hour on Wednesdays from 3-6! I’d order Miguel’s Ultimate Margarita, paired with a flatbread! With so many options for only $6 per item, you just can’t go wrong!!!
Thursday- For nearly 40 years, McP’s is a long standing favorite among locals for sports, live music, & fun! At McP’s, you can get happy at Happy Hour any weekday (except holidays) from 4 – 6 PM. Bring your pup, & get cozy alongside one of their outdoor fire-pits. With house drink specials & appetizers on special, there’s sure to be something that catches your eye!
Friday- Peohe’s Fri-Yah HAPPY HOUR features ; $4 Domestic Bottles / $5 Well Spirits / $6 Wines by the Glass / $7 Select Signature Cocktails & Premium Spirits / $8 Premium Glass Wines, $5 Herb Steamed Artichoke, Maui-Style Onion Rings, Truffle Skinny Fries / $7 Coconut Crunchy Shrimp, Thai Chicken Spring Rolls / $9 Herbed Goat Cheese w/Tomato Coulis, Spicy Tuna Poke Stack, Kim Chee Calamari / $11 Prime Rib Sliders, Baja Shrimp Cocktail.

Sunday- For your Sunday/ Funday, try happy hour at the “Little Frenchie” from 3-6 pm. Conveniently located centrally on Orange Ave, this quaint & charming little gem will give you that distinctly Parisian feeling. Their Sunday happy hour menu includes the following deals;
