Hey beach bums, human and dog ones alike! Coronado Dog beach allows your precious pooch to mingle leash free, for a “doggone” great time! Coronado Dog Beach’s location on a peninsula gives it a legendary setting, with the historic Hotel del Coronado on one side and the rocky coastal cliffs of Point Loma on the other. This sprawling stretch of sand slopes down right into the calm surf, making it ideal for a pup paddle. When you’ve had your share of fun in the sun, make use of the convenient wash station fully equipped with a hose to clean your paws. 🙂 Coronado Dog Beach is open every day from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Enjoy this sunny space all year round!
